General information.
All handbags offered for sale in the webshop (as well as in the store) are one-off, unique versions of a handbag model. Therefore, it is not possible to purchase more than one copy of the same handbag. What you see in the webshop is what is actually available and of which no other copy exists. These are pre-made pieces, just like those available in the store.
The use of different types of leather, colours and colour combinations, patterns, etc. makes each piece a true unique piece.
Would you nevertheless prefer to receive personal help, with personal advice?
Or would you rather design your own personalized handbag? Then be sure to visit the shop/studio in Ghent as well.

— Registration
If you're not yet a customer of the Paarl webshop, you'll need to register first. You can do this via this link . You'll receive a confirmation email, after which you can continue shopping.
— Are the prices in the webshop the same as those in the store?
Absolutely. These prices are identical. This is with the exception of any promotions that are only valid in the webshop or in-store at that time.
All prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are always displayed before the order can be finalized.
If you choose to collect your order from our store in Ghent, there are no shipping costs. Please indicate this during the checkout process.
— Gift cards
When purchasing gift cards through the webshop (shop.paarl.be), select the desired amount under "Value." Gift cards are available starting from €50.00.
You can send gift cards to yourself or directly to the recipient. See "Additional delivery address" at checkout. Or enter the recipient's name and address in the "Special instructions for seller" field.

In that case, we'll send you a one-time code by email. Enter this code in the "Discount" box when checking out. The final sale price will then be deducted from the value of the gift card or code.

You can also pay by bank transfer or pay cash in the store in Ghent.
• If you wish to pay by bank transfer:
- Please transfer the amount to account number BE 831430 8917 3215, stating the product purchased.
- The amount must be transferred including 'shipping costs' if your package needs to be sent.
- The full amount must be in our account within 5 days, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
• If you wish to pay in the store in Ghent:
- Please collect and pay for your order within 5 days.
- You pay no shipping costs.
We do not access or store your payment information.

— How much are the shipping costs for an order?
Shipments within BeNeLux cost €18.00.
For all other shipments within the EU or outside the EU, please contact us.
— When will my order arrive?
Orders and deliveries within Belgium are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of order and payment. We will send you an email notification as soon as your package has been shipped. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.
— Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a period of 14 days to cancel the agreement without giving any reason, free of charge. However, goods specifically designed for or on behalf of the customer cannot be
are taken back and therefore fall outside the statutory right of withdrawal.
Shoulder strap
If your handbag has a shoulder strap, please let us know your height. Please indicate this in the "Special instructions for seller" box before confirming your purchase.
This is because these rubber straps are not adjustable. If you don't inform us of this, you will automatically receive your handbag with a MEDIUM shoulder strap (approx. 115 cm).
Below you will find an overview of which shoulder strap length would suit you best.

Shoulder strap lengths do not affect the price.
If it turns out that your belt length is not correct upon receipt, please do not hesitate to contact us.
